Healthy Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 1 cup Sunflower Oil, 2 cups mixed vegetables, 2 tbsp soy sauce.

Instructions: Stir-fry the vegetables with oil and soy sauce, serve hot.

Mustard Oil Marinated Chicken

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Mustard Oil, chicken breasts, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.

Instructions: Marinate chicken with mustard oil and spices, cook until tender.
